if you choose to commission me you agree to all of the following
-prices are all in CAD so if you can please pay me in canadian dollars-i will ONLY use paypal, exceptions only made for irls-my artwork will not be made into NFTs or fed into AI bots, failure to comply will result in blacklists and/or potentially serious consequences
time
-how long your artwork takes will depend on my own irl factors as i am in school for most of the year-your commission should not take more than 3 months under normal circumstances, if it is taking more than three months please scroll to refund policy
refund policy
-refunds will only occur if I have not started your commission meaning I have not started its sketch-you will not be refunded otherwise, so please be sure on what you want!
commission process
-please give me a detailed description of your commission and pictures for reference if possible-feel free to add crude drawings of poses you would like too-if you want your commission of something else, you are allowed to change it as long as I haven’t finished its sketch-sketches and updates can be given any time you request, otherwise, I will only check in once the sketch has been cleaned up or if I am unsure on something

(1): please make sure these ships are legal, meaning the characters are either both adults or both minors, no incest please (this includes step siblings)(2): the amount of gore i’m willing to do can’t be quantified, but cuts, bruises, and some blood are all okay, please check with me for anything else(3): check with me because your design may be simplified

-i reserve rights to my own drawings but acknowledge the characters i draw may not be be mine or belong to me-you may print and use the commission for personal use only (profile picture, banner, poster, gift, etc)-you may not make a commercial profit off of my drawings (selling to make a profit)-please do not claim you made the artwork you commissioned me for :(
